Job Description:
- Reception duties
- Participant registration using Peatix
- Issuance of participant name tags and distribution of complimentary books
- Power supply wiring and taping for demo booths, as well as cleanup
- Setup and teardown of tables for the poster session (10:00-12:00, 17:00-19:00), including power supply wiring and removal
- Installation and removal of WiFi routers
Installation, recording, and removal of special stage and video cameras - Removal, organization, and transportation of demo properties used for sponsor shows
- Monitoring of demo and panel areas, and attending to the needs of sponsors and participants
- Distribution of dinner, cleanup, and garbage collection after the event
- Video recording of the event
- Management of audio facilities
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Japanese and English)
Basic IT skills
Flexibility and a problem-solving mindset (including operation of AV equipment)
Respect for teamwork
Training Date: To be scheduled around June 10, 2023
Training Venue: To be announced later
Training Contents:
Familiarization with the use of the Peatix Organizer app
Understanding of venue layout and other explanations
Memorization of speaker profiles and important guest photos
Learning name tag management and complimentary book distribution procedures

Remuneration:
Training Day: 8 hours (standard working hours)
Event Day: 13 hours (8:00 – 21:00)
Calculated at an hourly rate of 1,500 yen:
Training Day: 8 hours x 1,500 yen = 12,000 yen
Event Day: 13 hours x 1,500 yen = 19,500 yen
Total: 26,250 yen
Special Notes:
Part-time staff members will have the opportunity to attend the conference during their free time after completing their duties. It is a great opportunity to gain new knowledge, so please take advantage of it.
