【個人情報の取り扱いについて】

RISC-V Day(s) Tokyo （以下「本イベント」といいます。）の運営および本イベントへの参加において取得した個人情報の管理は、本イベントの事務局であるSHコンサルティング株式会社（以下「事務局」）に委託されています。来場者は、本イベントに参加するために、個人情報を登録する必要があります（以下、「来場」といいます）。来場者は、本イベントに参加登録（本イベントのPeatixイベントページでチケットを登録すること、以下「イベント登録」といいます）することにより、本規約の全てに同意したものとみなされます。また、イベント会場で事務局に提供された名刺についても、同様に取り扱うものとします。
事務局は、以下のイベント運営・利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、個人情報を利用・共有し、第三者に提供します。なお、事務局は、偽りその他不正の手段により個人情報を取得することはありません。
登録された個人情報は、事務局が本イベントの運営および今後のイベントに関する情報提供のために利用します。また、主催者または本イベント事務局が主催・運営するイベント、展示会、会議などのご案内や、企業情報などの情報を提供するために、電子メールによるダイレクトメールを送付するために利用することがあります。
ご登録いただいた個人情報は、本イベントを提供する出展者（*1）に提供されます。また、出展者が外国に住所を有する場合、外国にある第三者に個人情報を提供することがあります。
出展社に提供された個人情報は、以降、当該出展者の責任において管理され、当該出展社の個人情報保護方針に沿って、出展社の製品やサービス、セミナーなどのご案内（メールマガジンや郵送、電話などによるご案内を含みます）に利用されることがあります。出展社の情報利用に関して、個人情報の開示・訂正・削除・利用停止の要請は、お客様ご自身が直接に出展社に対して行っていただくようお願い申し上げます。

(*1) イベントを提供する出展社とは、イベントのカンファレンスの講演者の所属企業やブースでスポンサー記載した企業、提供（団体）、協賛及び協力企業（団体）を含みます。

(*2) 事務局の管理する個人情報は、当該イベント登録において、Peatixサービスにログインした後に表示される入力画面の個人情報が対象となります。

【Handling of Personal Information】

The management of personal information collected during RISC-V Day(s) Tokyo (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) and participation in the Event is entrusted to SH CONSULTING K.K. (hereinafter referred to as the “Secretariat”), which serves as the Event’s secretariat. Visitors are required to register their personal information in order to attend the Event (hereinafter referred to as “Visiting”). By registering for the Event (by registering a ticket on the Event’s Peatix event page, hereinafter referred to as “Event Registration”), visitors are deemed to have agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions. Business cards provided to the Secretariat at the event will be handled in the same manner.
The Secretariat will use, share, and provide personal information to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the following event management and usage purposes. The Secretariat will not acquire personal information through deception or other wrongful means.
The registered personal information will be used by the Secretariat to manage the Event and provide information on future events. The information may also be used to send direct mailings via email to inform visitors of events, exhibitions, and conferences hosted or operated by the organizer or the Event secretariat, as well as to provide information about company information and other information.
The personal information you have registered will be provided to the exhibitors(*1) who are participating in the Event. If the exhibitor has an address in a foreign country, personal information may be provided to a third party in a foreign country.
Personal information provided to exhibitors will thereafter be managed by the exhibitor and may be used to provide information about the exhibitor’s products, services, seminars, etc. (including information by email newsletter, mail, telephone, etc.) in accordance with the exhibitor’s privacy policy. If you wish to request the disclosure, correction, deletion, or termination of use of your personal information by the exhibitors, please contact the exhibitors directly.

(*1) Exhibitors providing the Event include companies, providers (organizations), sponsors, and cooperating companies (organizations) listed as sponsors at the booths or companies to which the speakers at the Event’s conference belong.

(*2) Personal information managed by the Secretariat covers the personal information on the input page displayed after logging in to the Peatix service for the relevant Event registration.
