RISC-V Day 2024 Summer Poster Submission Guidelines (New)

RISC-V Day 2024 Summer Poster Recruitment Guidelines (New)

At this RISC-V Day, we will hold a poster session to introduce the latest technology and research.

We look forward to your participation and interaction. In addition to regular poster sessions, RISC-V Day offers researchers the opportunity to increase their exposure, advance their careers, provide feedback and learning, improve their communication skills, and discover who they are. , add an activity.

Poster session implementation guidelines

1. Conference participation is free for researchers who hold poster sessions. In addition, a free book (402 pages) will be given away on the day (this is not yet decided).
2. In addition to poster presentations, participants will have the opportunity to make a podium presentation, which will be video recorded.
3. This recorded video will be posted on the web and will be delivered to a wide audience along with a presentation PDF.
4. Participants’ biographies (BIO) and research keywords will be posted on the web, resulting in high page rankings in searches.
5. Your presentation doesn’t have to be new. Introductions of existing research and projects are also welcome.
. This is your opportunity to showcase your interests and experiments.
6. We will provide a desk and power source for those who wish to do so. Participants will be able to demonstrate.
7. Participants in the poster session will be provided with individual panels (90cm x 180cm or 210cm) on which they can put up their own A0 size posters. Those wishing to demonstrate will have a desk set up next to the panel and will be provided with power and WiFi.
8. Poster sessions are considered part of the presentation, where participants present their panels to the audience.
9. We will assist in coordinating the podium presentation (including moderator).
10. Video recording, web creation, etc. will be provided by the organizer.
