Due to US-China trade friction, HiSilicon Technology in Shenzhen, China has been on the US blacklist and may have been temporary but has lost access to UK ARM technology. In such times, we need an open CPU like RISC-V, which has global technology development. Public design data that can be used without signing a contract is just a game changer.

        Under these circumstances, on September 30, 2019, the 3rd RISC-V Day Tokyo will be held at the Baba Memorial Hall of Hitachi, Ltd., located in Kokubunji, Tokyo.  Domestic and foreign companies gather.
