RISC-V Day Tokyo 2025 Autumn CFP (New)
At this year’s RISC-V Day Tokyo, we will host a Poster Session to showcase the latest technologies and research. We warmly invite your participation and look forward to active interaction with many attendees.
Deadlines
We cordially invite submissions for presentations at this symposium. Both unpublished research results and works-in-progress or exploratory ideas are welcome.
Abstract submission deadline: November 21, 2025 (Fri)
Poster submission deadline: November 28, 2025 (Fri)
We will do our best to accept poster submissions even after the deadline. However, inclusion in the official program or proceedings cannot be guaranteed for late submissions.
We look forward to your contributions.
Benefits
To support researchers in gaining exposure, advancing careers, receiving feedback, improving communication skills, and discovering new perspectives, we are adding the following opportunities to the regular poster session (for those who wish to join):
Poster presenters will receive free conference registration and a complimentary book onsite.
Presenters will be offered the chance to give a short podium presentation, in addition to their poster, which will be video recorded.
The recorded video and presentation PDF will be published online, reaching a wider audience.
Each participant’s bio and research keywords will also be posted online and optimized for high search visibility.
Presentations do not need to contain new results—introductions to existing research or projects are welcome. This is an opportunity to share your interests and experiments.
For those who request it, a desk and power supply will be provided for demonstrations.
Standard Poster Session Details
Each presenter will be provided with a poster panel (90 cm × 180/210 cm). An A0-size portrait poster is recommended. A 90 cm round table can be placed beside the panel upon request. Power and WiFi will be available.
The poster session is part of the formal presentation. Presenters are expected to explain their posters directly to visitors.
The organizers will coordinate the podium presentations, including moderation.
Video recording and web publishing will be handled by the conference organizers.
Call for Themes
We invite poster contributions in the following areas (and beyond):
RISC-V Technology: Instruction sets, microarchitecture, ICs, IPs, chips, systems, software, and RISC-V extensions/customizations.
Open-Source Hardware Revolution: Open silicon starting with RISC-V.
Green Computing: Energy-efficient computing techniques, including RISC-V-based solutions.Hardware–Software Co-design: Case studies showing the impact of RISC-V and open-source hardware/software integration.
AI & Machine Learning: RISC-V in AI/ML acceleration and hardware customization.
Real-World Applications: Industrial and research projects using RISC-V.
Security for Open Architectures.
AIoT and IoT.
Innovative Computing Area 1: Quantum computing.
Innovative Computing Area 2: Privacy-enhancing computation (e.g., homomorphic encryption).
We welcome new ideas, research results, and business applications across the RISC-V ecosystem. Submissions will be reviewed with an open mind.
